Differences between HCS-1 & 2
01 The HCS-1 can have a single set of sensors connected to it, meaning only one of each type of sensor can be connected to the controller. It can also connect up to 17 device control modules, and you are limited to certain numbers of each type of control module that can be connected to the controller. HCS-1 is essential and a must-have for small scale or home growers.
02 The HCS-2 can have up to 50 sensors connected to it, and it does not have such limitation to the maximum of any type of modules, as long as the total number of modules connected to it is less than 50. HCS-2 will best suit your needs if you're a large scale or commercial grower.
03 There are advanced features exclusively available only in HCS-2, such as sunrise/sunset simulation on environmental control; Calendar control; Light group control ect.
