Returns & Refund Policy
All sales may be eligible for return up to 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee after 15 days from the date of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns for goods in the original condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, instructions and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved for credit or exchange. If approved for refund/credit, it be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take 7-10 business days to see the credit on your original method of payment.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All returns must be in original packaging and include all literature. ALL Special-order items are not eligible for a refund or replacement unless damaged in transit or defective.
Exceptions may be made if an item is deemed to be defective by the manufacturer (or a manufacturer-authorized supplier/distributor). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
